Woven terry towels
What is a woven terry towel?
A woven terry towel is a towel made out of 100% cotton or in some cases with an admixture of polyester.
Terry cloth is a three dimensional loop fabric. The third dimension is made by loops of warp yarns above or below the base fabric.
The technology of weaving the logo or pattern into loops is already used in the production of the material, thanks to the use of otherwise colored fibers or a variant of the same colored plastic logo into the surface of the towel or the border. Nothing is printed on the material, but the logo, inscription or image is woven into the fabric.
